Food Nerd Labs

Food Nerd Labs passes now live!

Salt

Refrigerators might have made salt curing obsolete but curing meats with salt has never been cooler. Learn the art of preserving and pickling meats using just salt with Chef Gautam & charcutier Bala

Acid

If you find the word SCOBY both confusing and fascinating, this lab might be for you! Explore the microcosm of bacteria and yeast in this flavour-forward kombucha-making lab with Honey Islam.

Fat

Chocolates are quite delicious as they are, but few things come close to tasting as heavenly as a decadent piece of chocolate paired with the right cheese. Pick up the art of pairing and tasting with Mansi Jasani - The iconic Cheese Wali

Heat

Exploring and appreciating the delicate, bold, fragrant, and delicious universe of spices is a forever journey, and this lab is perhaps the best place to start. Taste and understand various spices with the expert herself - Sana Javeri Kadri!

Get ready (with empty stomachs and shopping bags) to discover an exclusive curation of exciting brands at the top of their game. We’re bringing our A-game to the food experience with Burma Burma, Mylari, Umamibrew, Soklet, Freedom Tree, and Käse + Loafer & Co's dreamy collaboration, among many others.
